STUDENTS

Wednesday 11 October:

The GBCSA has designed a mini-convention that has been designed specifically for full time students who are currently enrolled in built environment or sustainability related studies at any recognised tertiary institution in South Africa or beyond and have an interest in the design, construction and operation of a more sustainable world from buildings to neighbourhoods and cities. Scheduled to start at 11h00 on 11 October, students will be able to network with mainstream convention delegates and attend brainwave sessions prior to the commencement of the mini-convention which starts at 15h00 on 11 October.

The programme will include at least one international keynote speaker from the main event who will give a presentation especially for those attending. In addition to this, various excellent South African green building case studies will be shared and we’ll hear from a couple of the young leaders in the sustainable property space who will be sharing tips on career paths and tips for getting into the sustainble property industry.
